I'm not anyone special. I am not a writer. You will never see my name embossed anywhere, sometimes I'm too harsh on myself but this is me and what you see is the real me. I'm just a mere person who likes to take photos, not of anything special but if the subject catches my eye you will hear the faint click, click of my camera.
I love taking photos of children capturing their innocents and spontaneity. I am a lover of the beach, taking long walks along the sand with my camera, taking in the peace and tranquility.
Photography has brought many challenges for me, sometimes put me in positions I have never been before, sometimes feeling quite out of my comfort zone, but that's what it's all about, stretching the limits of what you do and enjoying what you do.
I have a few websites where I sell my photographs, I hope one day to say my photo is hanging up there.
I have always been into art and design and always had a love for photography although for many years I could not afford to buy myself a camera, then back in the early 80's I was given as a gift an old pocket camera with a great long flash. Then some years later I was able to buy myself a more updated camera, which I used often and have some great photos for the time.
About 3 years ago I was able to buy my current camera which is so much more sophisticated than any other camera I have owned.what would come to be my most trusted and faithful friend, a Canon EOS 600D.
Two years on and a few new lenses a tripod and a new backpack I took a step into the steepest learning curve I have ever given myself. My camera in the beginning felt like a stranger to me like learning a new language, with countless videos and tutorials and a course which I am doing has taken, me to place I never ever thought I could go.
