What A Beauty

Well another nice weekend had by beloved and I, but we always seems to have a great time together when we are out with cameras.

Our 18 year she old told us about a local car show which was being held, and beloveds ears pricked up, he loves old cars and has even started his own die-cast model collection. He always says I will never have the money to get a real one so the small one will have to suffice.

There where some lovely cars on show, as the sun shone brightly I was able to get some great shots.

My dad had a dark green one when I was a kid, just like the one above and below. I have loads of memory's going to many places in it.

Air Show

It has been a few weeks since I did my last blog, finding the time, between family and then photographing a 21st and helping a friend out, the weeks seem to pass so quickly. who would think that we are in the middle of March already, the year is flying buy much too quickly for my liking.

Summer is over sadly and at the start of next month we will go into Winter time, something which I am not looking forward too. As you know I love the sunshine and getting down on the beach, but I wont let the weather dampen my spirits cos when I'm down by the beach all the gloomy feelings fade away as the waves roll in over the sand.

Well I think it's coffee time again for me...I sit hear thinking about lots of things, wishing I was down by the beach rather than having to do that load of washing or sweeping the floor...Life is beautiful by the beach, sitting on the sand just taking it all in without a care in the world, watching the world go by. What a life that would be, I'd so enjoy that. But I wont complain as I am happy in myself right now, got to be positive about what you have is my motto!

A few weeks ago on a beautiful sunny Sunday beloved was given a free ticket to the Avalon Air show here in Melbourne. So we packed the thermos and some lunch and headed off with the cameras all ready. It was a an awesome day watching the big planes roar over our heads and yes it was so loud.

I managed to get some great shots and even beloved and I got quite sun burnt, silly me when packing camera bag, I forgot to grab the sun lotion off the bench, we both were a nice shade of red when we got home lol.
