ON A HOT DAY

Today was one of those days you don't really want to go out, but you have to when it's your work, it was a mere 40 something degrees, any man and his dog must be mad to go out in this heat. I had to go back to Williamstown for my job I'm doing, oh well what can one do.

I tried to take some more photos today, hmmm standing in the heat with my camera on a hot day isn't good, I had sweat running down my face, but never the less I did manage to get a few shots for my job.

Wow I was shocked there were no kids on the cannon today, oh yes that's right it was 40 degrees so who would want to even get close to this, so I was quite happy to get a few shots of it without anyone sitting on the top. Pretty sad though I didn't have a tree to stand under as the nearest tree was a bit far away from where I wanted to take the photo. Oh well can't help bad luck.

I had to get this shot, it was one of those ones where you have to wait again for the people to leave so you don't get them in your shot. Today was the perfect day to capture this shot, like I said earlier no man and his  dog would be out in this heat taking photos, let alone going for a walk.

Whilst driving through Altona, with the air conditioner going full pelt in the car, even though it did very little to cool us down, I was still inspired to get out of the car to take these shots in what one would call a day like you were sitting in a hot oven.   As I stood in front of the pub above and only dreamed of it being open to get a nice cool drink to quench the thirst of such a horrid hot day, I managed to take a few pretty good shots.
