TORQUAY

 It was such a hot day, well over 35 degrees what a day to decide to get out and take photos, so what better place to go to other than Torquay the beautiful picturesque beach town 2  hours drive from the center of Melbourne.

As we passed the Torquay sign I could see in the distance the ocean.  I felt a rush of anticipation and longing to get out of the hot car and race to the waters edge just too feel the cool salty ocean on my feet.
What was only 5 minutes seemed more like 30 minutes as the hot sun came through the window of the car.

As I sat on the sand I could see children running in and out of the water laughing and with happy smiles on their faces, not a care in the world playing in the water and having fun.

What  a beautiful way to end a perfect day, sitting on a beautiful beach watching the sun go down.
