BALLARAT

Well ok not really a great day to take exceptional looking photos, the day was a bit over cast and I was waiting for the dreaded rain to start but thankfully it stayed dry long enough for me to get a few photos.

It was such a cold day and as I walked along the street past all the old buildings I could feel the chill of the cold air on my face. I'm sure my nose shone out like  Rudolf the red nosed Reindeer, my hands were white with cold as I placed them securely in the warmth of my coat pockets, my scarf was wrapped securely around my neck to keep any of the cold of my neck.

As I slowly took my hands out of my pockets and placed them around the camera which hung around my neck, I tried not to shiver with the cold so I could grab just a few photos.

Luckily it was Queens Birthday long weekend here and the sun hadn't shone all day but that didn't bother me too much, I was just so glad to be able to get out and take a few photos.
